JPE NEEDLE VALVE are light weight, compact design and quick operation. Handles are in optional colors of red, yellow, black and blue. Choice of replaceable end connections provides added system versatility.
- Forged or Bar Stock body construction.
- Metal to metal or stellited seat for high pressure.
- Straight Pattern with panel mounting optional.
- One piece or non-regulating Vee tip, non-rotating ball tip optional.
- JPE Needle Valve provides variety of end connections: male NPT and ISO., DIN and JIS tapered pipe ends.
- Maximum Working Pressure: 6000PSI (414bar) at 200℃.
- Every JPE Needle Valve is 100% Factory tested.

Specification:

- Bonnet lock pins prevent accidental loosening.
- Free-swiveling ball end stem (metal seat, std.) assure bubble tight valve closure without seat galling. The special hardened ball seat is ideal for both gas and liquid service.
- All stem packing is located below the stem threads prevent palling, corrosion and contamination by the process media.
- The packing is adjustable with less possibility of bonnet/ body/ leaks.
- Full back-seated bonnets prevent accidental stem removal and blowout. Unique design minimizes emissions while offering easy access to the packing.
- Max. pressure rating (metal seated), 6000PSI@200℉(414bar@93℃).
- Pressure rating at max. temp.: PTFE-4130psi at 450℉ (284bar at 232℃) and Grafoil-1500psi at 1000℉ (103bar at 537℃).
