Work Elements: Through the photoelectric principle，when tablets are falling, they are sensed by a photoelectric sensor, and produce pulse signals which will be input to a high-speed PLC controller, and then realizes the counting function through the cooperation of the circuit and procedure. The bottles are supplied in succession by conveying belt, when its filled amount meets the preset PLC parameter, a new bottle is changed by the pneumatic device at intervals.
