Description:	This oil has been mechanically pressed from Macadamia Nut (Macadamia spp.) kernel in its native area of north eastern New South Wales. It is unique in its fatty acid composition having approximately 80% mono-unsaturated acids in its triglycerides of which 1.5% - 2.1% is Palmitcleic Acid. Subcritical CO2-extract is a thick oily liquid extracted from a plant cell by liquefied carbon dioxide under certain conditions of room temperature and pressure of 7 MPa. There are a great number of healthful substances in an extract that cannot be extracted by any other existing method of extraction. They are ethers, higher alcohols, provitamins and vitamins, fatty acids, antioxidants, natural preservatives, ferments, enzymes; altogether there are up to 600 elements that are identical to natural intracellular substances because they are not destroyed by high temperature, water, atmospheric oxygen and extreme pressure. CO2-extracts are totally free of chemical solvents as compared to extracts extracted by hexane, alcohol, freon and propylene glycol. CO2-extract aroma and taste are very often more pure, delicate, and richer than aroma and taste of the plant CO2-extract is extracted from. Each CO2-extract is compound natural complex that have a beneficial effect on human organism.
