Features:	Conveyer system: Special design of chain and adjustable tension assemble. When operating, the chain is stable and it will prevent thejamming problem of the boards . Main Structure: Built in exclusive anti-explosive door at heating zone to facilitate easy maintenance works. The quick-disconnect type of mounting bracket for blower motor and heater enable easy maintenance work , reduce labour cost and improve efficiency. Blower system: Using vertical shaft motor with flywheel and horizontal re-circulation airflow, producing excellent temperature distribution on PCB board. Exhaust system: The volume for the exhaust blower at Input zone is 20CMM ~ 30CMM, each heating section have individual exhaust outlet to increase turn-over of air flow rate. Another exhaust blower at the Output zone with the volume of 20CMM ~ 30CMM for better performing of cooling system. Total volume of exhaust system is Max:84CMM. Preventive measures: 1) Double over-heat protection, using temperature controller and additional over-heat switch at the oven .2) Blower motor equipped with protection to prevent operating with reverse direction that could cause damages to the boards. 3) Each heating zone has built in individual door to facilitate easy maintenance works. The exclusive anti explosive door shield for safety purpose.
Specification:	Material: Internal is made of Stainless Steel. External is Powder Coated with SS#41. Making use of high quality Imported-heat insulating material to produce excellent heat insulation. The oven surface temperature controlled at approx.100C from ambient temperature.
